1. Apply all sunscreens at least 20 minutes before sun exposure.

2. Ensure you use Hydrating Glow Mist SPF50 as a top-up sunscreen spray only. Always protect your skin with a primary sunscreen first.

3. Hold 10 - 15cm away from your body and spray liberally and evenly until skin feels moist. (The TGA recommends using sunscreen sprays on your hands first before applying to your face to ensure even distribution).

4. Ensure no spots are missed by spraying mist onto your hands and applying to face/body.

5. Reapply at least every 80 minutes when outdoors and immediately after swimming, exercising or towel drying.

*Do not apply in windy conditions. Use in a well-ventilated area, avoid inhalation and keep away from eyes.

Note: Not water resistant. Store below 30°C / 86°F.

USES:

• Use a water-resistant sunscreen, if swimming or sweating

Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging.

To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures, including:

• Limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
• Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.
