The promoter is Naked Sundays Pty Ltd.
The promotion is open to US residents who make a purchase on the Naked Sundays website on 3 July 2026 before 11:59pm EST.
Naked Sundays reserves the right to revise the promotional period at any time without prior notification.
Entrants must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States. Naked Sundays may require winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age, and proof of residency.
Naked Sundays employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to be selected as a winner.
There will be a total of ten (10) winners who will be randomly selected to receive a full refund of their order value, including shipping fees and taxes.
One entry per order. Multiple orders placed by the same person do not constitute additional entries.
The ten (10) winners will be selected at random from all eligible orders placed during the promotional period.
Refunds will be issued to the winner's original payment method used at checkout.
Winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided at checkout within seven (7) days of the promotional period closing.
If a winner cannot be contacted after three (3) attempts, their refund may be forfeited and a replacement winner may be selected.
Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of winner confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on payment provider.
Winners must have a valid email address and be a current subscriber. Naked Sundays' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
This offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
