BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT REQUIRES YOU TO INDEMNIFY AND RELEASE ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES AND TO AGREE TO ARBITRATION WITH NO CLASS RELIEF AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION WITH NO CLASS RELIEF.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Participation in the Win a Trip to Bondi for You + Your Bestie Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is limited to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the legal age of majority in their state of residence at time of entry (age of majority is defined as 19 in AL and NE, 21 in MS, and 18 in all remaining states and the District of Columbia) (the “Entrant”). The Sweepstakes is void in all other U.S. territories and possessions, and where restricted or prohibited by law. Employees of Lily Harper International Inc. (the “Sponsor”), their respective parent companies (as applicable), affiliates, subsidiaries, trip prize providers, authorized dealers, licensees, suppliers, marketing partners, advertising and promotion agencies, Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”), and any other companies engaged in the development, administration, production, fulfillment or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and individuals living in the same household of the aforementioned, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Winning a prize is contingent on eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2026, at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”), and ends on October 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor runs the official clock for the Sweepstakes and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received.

3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, access the online Sweepstakes entry form by visiting us.nakedsundays.com/pages/bondi-sweepstakes. To enter, you must complete all required information on the Sweepstakes entry form and opt in to receive email marketing messages from the Sponsor. As part of the Sweepstakes entry process, Entrants will be required to indicate that they have read, accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Limit one (1) entry per person using only one (1) email address throughout the Promotion Period. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void.

By submitting an entry, Entrant agrees to receive emails about events, deals and promotions from the Sponsor. Participants may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the communication. 

Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Entries are subject to the acceptance and acknowledgement of these Official Rules and any other applicable Terms of Services/Privacy Policy. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. 

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. No automated entry devices and/or programs permitted. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. 

4. RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing to select one winner will be conducted on or about November 5, 2026, from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by Marden-Kane, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

5. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize – one (1) winner will receive their choice of either (A) a trip for the winner and one travel companion to Sydney, Australia valued at up to $4,999 USD (the “Trip Prize”) or (B) $4,999 USD cash which will be awarded as a check or wire transfer (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) (the “Cash Prize”). The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $4,999 USD. 

Trip Prize will be awarded as a travel voucher provided through JC Travel Corporation. The actual value of the prize is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace and will depend on winner's point of departure travel destination and the travel dates at time of booking. The value of the prize stated herein is estimated and based on the fair market value at the time the Official Rules were published. Winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV stated herein and the value of the prize at the time the prize is awarded. If a winner elects to travel without a guest, no additional compensation will be awarded for the guest portion of the prize. The value of the prize is taxable as income, and winner will receive an IRS form 1099 for the total value of the prize not to exceed the amount stated herein. 

Additional Prize Conditions for the Trip Prize: Travel voucher must be redeemed through JC Travel Corporation and may be used toward eligible travel arrangements (subject to availability and blackout dates may apply), including flights and accommodations (as solely determined by the Sponsor). The travel voucher must be redeemed by March 31, 2027. If the total cost of travel arrangements booked is less than $4,999 USD, any unused or remaining funds will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed, refunded, credited, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Winner and travel companion must travel on same itinerary. Winner is bound by the terms and conditions of the airline and other third-party service providers used in connection with the prize. The Released Parties (as defined in Section 8 below) are not responsible for any unclaimed, lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets; nor will they be replaced. Winner and traveling companion are responsible for obtaining and possessing required travel documents (i.e., a government-issued U.S. passport, valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of departure). Winner and travel companion are responsible for travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) that they wish to obtain at their own expense and acknowledge that Sponsor will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Winner and guest are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to luggage fees, meals, additional transportation, souvenirs, parking and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. Hotel may require the winner or guest be at least 21 years of age to check-in; a major credit card will be required at check-in to cover any incidental charges. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Released Parties and/or any other relevant party reserve the right to remove or deny the winner and/or travel companion of winner who engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at any prize-related event, venue and travel. Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, expressed or implied, concerning any prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Promotion. Prizing is the responsibility of the Sponsor and/or their Prize Provider. Prize consists of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize.

Prize will be forfeited if winner does not possess proper travel documents (e.g., valid passport, etc.) by the date specified by the Sponsor. Sponsor will not be liable to the winner or any other person in the event the prize, in part or in its entirety, is unable to be awarded as planned for reasons including, but not limited to, scheduling conflicts, cancellations, strikes or labor difficulties, lockout, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right where lawful to substitute a prize or prize component with one of comparable or greater value. Prize may not be sold, bartered or exchanged by winner. Sponsor is not responsible for damage or loss of any portion of a prize after it has been delivered to a confirmed winner. Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, expressed or implied, concerning any prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Sweepstakes. Prize may vary from what has been advertised, pictured, etc. 

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLEARANCE: Prize award is subject to verification of eligibility. The potential winner will be notified by the Administrator via phone and/or email. Potential winner (and parent/legal guardian if a potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete, sign and return the following documents: [1] an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, a travel release, and where legal, a publicity release, [2] IRS Form W-9 to include potential winner’s Social Security Number, which will be used only for the purpose of reporting the winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, and [3] travel releases for the winner and their travel companion (collectively, the “Documents”). Winner’s guest must be a U.S. resident and legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence and will be required to execute liability/publicity/travel releases prior to issuance of travel documents. If winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, winner’s parent/legal guardian will be required to accompany winner on trip and will count as the winner’s guest. Winner and guest may be required to complete additional documentation/releases at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The Documents must be returned to the Administrator by the date stated in the notification email or the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. If a potential winner (i) cannot be contacted after a reasonable attempt has been made by Administrator (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); or (ii) fails to timely return the required paperwork without alteration and in the form presented by Administrator; or (iii) refuses the prize; or (iv) the prize or prize notification is rejected or returned as undeliverable, then such potential winner will be disqualified and forfeits all rights to be deemed a winner in the Sweepstakes and receive the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected through a random drawing by the Administrator from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting. Only three alternate drawings will be held in an attempt to award the prize, after which the prize will remain unawarded. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given, and Sponsor will have no further obligation to that Entrant. 

7. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By participating, Entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Entrants who violate these Official Rules or interfere with this Sweepstakes in any manner. Any attempt by an Entrant to enter the Sweepstakes and/or obtain more than the stated number of entries permitted herein by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other method, will void that Entrant’s entries, and that Entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Electronically reproduced, illegible, incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, and/or hometown and state for purposes of advertising and trade without further review, notice, approval, consideration or compensation to the winner or any third party, in any media, worldwide, unless prohibited by law.

8. NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor, Administrator, JC Travel Corporation, Social Media Platforms as defined below, and their respective parent company (as applicable), affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, successors, assigns, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, managers, employees and agents (collectively “Released Parties”) are not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable or mistranscribed phone/e-mail/internet transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Promotion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user's e-mail account to receive e-mail. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if for any reason, the Promotion is undermined by any event beyond the Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic/pandemic, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, or any force majeure event or if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by Sponsor/it’s agencies, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and a drawing to award the prize will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. The failure of the Released Parties to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, epidemic/pandemic, act of public enemies or any act outside of the Sponsor’s control/force majeure event, will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules. In the event a dispute arises regarding the identity of the Entrant, entry will be deemed made by the person whose name appears on the online entry form. Any damage made to the Website by an Entrant will be the responsibility of the Entrant and/or the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of submitting an entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.

PLEASE READ: IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION. These Official Rules contain terms that govern how claims relating to this Promotion will be resolved. For example, they include an arbitration agreement and waiver of a class action that require submitting Promotion-related claims to an arbitrator (instead of going to court before a judge or jury). They also limit the ability to bring claims on behalf of other persons (that is, it prohibits bringing any class action or collective or representative proceeding). The Official Rules also limit the type of damages that can be recovered. Please read these terms carefully as they impact your legal rights and, by participating in the Promotion, you are agreeing to the terms. 

9. CHOICE OF LAW/JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION: This Promotion is offered only in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Sponsor's failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. By entering, Entrants irrevocably consent to the dispute resolutions stated below as well as to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware in a county determined by the Sponsor for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion. Entrant agrees that whenever you have a disagreement with Administrator or Sponsor arising out of, connected to, or in any way related to the Promotion, the Official Rules, or the Sponsor's and/or Administrator's Privacy Policy, you will send a written notice to the Sponsor (“Demand”). Entrant agrees that the requirements of this Dispute Resolution section will apply even to disagreements that may have arisen before Entrant accepted these Official Rules or the Sponsor's and/or Administrator's Privacy Policy. Entrant must send the Demand to the following address (the “Notice Address”): Lily Harper International Inc. DBA Naked Sundays, 2140 S Dupont Hwy, Camden, DE 19934, Attention; Legal Department. Entrant agrees that Entrant will not take any legal action, including filing a lawsuit or demanding arbitration, until 10 business days after Entrant sends a Demand. If the disagreement stated in the Demand is not resolved to Entrant’s satisfaction within 10 business days after it is received, and Entrant intends on taking legal action, Entrant agrees that it will file a demand for arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (the “Arbitrator”). This arbitration provision limits the ability of Entrant, Administrator, and Sponsor to litigate claims in court and entrant, Administrator and Sponsor each agree to waive their respective rights to a jury trial or a state or federal judge. Entrant agrees that it will not file any lawsuit against Administrator or Sponsor in any state or federal court. Entrant agrees that if it does sue in state or federal court, and Administrator or Sponsor brings a successful motion to compel arbitration, Entrant must pay all fees and costs incurred by Administrator and Sponsor in court, including reasonable attorney’s fees. For any such filing of a demand for arbitration, Entrant must provide proper service under the rules of the Arbitrator and notice to the Notice Address may not be sufficient. If, for any reason, the American Arbitration Association is unable to conduct the arbitration, Entrant may file its case with any national arbitration company. The Arbitrator shall apply the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules effective September 1, 2014 (and as may be amended) and as modified by the agreement to arbitrate in this Dispute Resolution section. Entrant agrees that the Arbitrator will have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute it has with Administrator or Sponsor. The Federal Arbitration Act allows for the enforcement of arbitration agreements and governs the interpretation and enforcement of the agreement to arbitrate. The place of arbitration shall be in the State of Delaware. Entrant agrees that it will not file a class action or collective action against Administrator or Sponsor, and that Entrant will not participate in a class action or collective action against them. Entrant agrees that it will not join its claims to those of any other person. Notwithstanding any other provision in the Official Rules, or the Sponsor's and/or Administrator's Privacy Policy, if this class action waiver is invalidated, then the agreement to arbitrate is null and void, as though it were never entered into, and any arbitration dispute at that time will be dismissed without prejudice and may be refiled in a court. Under no circumstances does Entrant, Administrator, or Sponsor agree to class or collective procedures in arbitration or the joinder of claims in arbitration. Administrator and Sponsor agree that we will submit all disputes with Entrant to arbitration before the Arbitrator. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor’s in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Delaware or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware. This arbitration provision shall survive conclusion, modification or termination of the Promotion and suspension, revocation, closure, modification, or amendments to the Official Rules, and any aspect of the relationship of the parties relating to or arising from participation in the Promotion.

10. PUBLICITY: By participating, where permitted by law, the Entrant agrees to the use of their personal information in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. The Entrant, by accepting a prize, consents to the use of their name, photograph, voice, videotape and likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in all media worldwide, including a winners list or other online winner announcement, without further compensation or notice. Sponsor reserves the right to use any Entry, response or comment made by an Entrant, in whole or in part, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, without further compensation or notice. 

11. SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.

12. WHO WON? For the name of the prize winner, send an email with the subject line: “Naked Sundays Win a Sydney Vacay for You and Your Bestie Sweepstakes Winner” to winnerslist@mkpromosource.com, to be received by October 31, 2026. A winners list will be available on or about November 20, 2026, or after the winner has been verified.
