Damaged or missing items
We work our hardest to ensure the best possible shipping practises, but anything can happen once it leaves our hands!
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer you a replacement.
If your item is damaged, please take a photo and email us with your order number at
firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of purchase.
Processing your return
If you are not satisfied with your Naked Sundays purchase, please email our customer care team email@example.com to request a return. We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
* If you have been granted a refund, please allow 14 working days for the amount to be credited back to your account.
