1. The Promoter is Naked Sundays Pty Ltd (ABN: 96 638 334 979) of Level 1, 50 Riley St Darlinghurst, NSW 2010. 

2. The promotion runs from 12:00am Friday 21 November 2025 to 11.59pm 21 November 2025 (EST). Naked Sundays reserves the right to revise the contest period at any time without prior notification.

3. Entrants must be 18-years or older and an United States resident. Naked Sundays may require winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency.

4. Naked Sundays employees and their immediate family are not eligible to be selected as a winner in the promotion.

5. There will be a total of five (5) winners who will be randomly selected to receive a full refund of their order value.

6. Shipping fees and taxes will be included in the refund.

7. The five (5) winners will be selected at random from the total number of orders placed during the promotion period. 

8. Refunds will be issued back to the five (5) winners’ original payment method used at checkout.

9. Winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided at checkout within seven days of the promotion period ending.

10. If a winner cannot be contacted after three (3) attempts, their refund may be forfeited and another order may be selected.

11. Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of winner confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on payment provider.

12. Winners selected must have a valid email address and be a current subscriber. Naked Sundays’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. This offer is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

14. Naked Sundays collects personal information for the purposes of processing and administering entries to the competition, provision of a prize and sending marketing. Information will not be passed on to any other Third Party.
