Are Naked Sundays products compliant?

Yes. All Naked Sundays products are rigorously tested and meet all current Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and
FDA (USA) regulations for safety, quality, and performance. There are no safety concern with Naked Sundays sunscreens.

When inconsistencies in Australian SPF testing came to light, Naked Sundays
immediately commissioned additional independent testing on all our products. These tests reaffirmed their safety and compliance with all current regulatory requirements.

The current TGA review into SPF testing relates to how SPF is measured, not to the safety of products.
We strongly support this review and believe clearer, standardised testing will benefit the entire industry and improve consumer
confidence.

Where does Naked Sundays Manufacture Your Products?

Naked Sundays partners with multiple TGA and FDA accredited manufacturing partners in both Australia and the United States.

  • Our Australian-made products are listed on the Australian Register of
Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) and comply with all TGA regulations. In
Australia, tinted sunscreens, lip products & moisturisers with SPF
are exempt from being listed on the ARTG but are still mandated to be
manufactured and tested to the same TGA standards. .

  • Our US-made products comply with FDA sunscreen standards and global regulatory requirements.

Every formula is developed and tested to deliver safe, high-performance sun
protection according to labelling regulations, regardless of where it is made.

Are your products UVA+UVB broad spectrum protection?

Yes. Every Naked Sundays product currently available is compliant with all TGA & FDA requirements which includes being UVA & UVB broad spectrum protection.

Has Naked Sundays recalled any products?

No. Naked Sundays has not recalled any products. Out of an abundance of
caution, we proactively paused sales of one Australian-made variant of
Collagen Glow sold in Australia while awaiting updated SPF testing
guidelines. This is not a recall. All other Naked Sundays products
remain available online and in stores.
