1. Apply at least 20min before sun exposure

2. Apply desired amount directly onto your skin.

3. Rub in thoroughly to ensure even coverage.

4. Allow 4-5 minutes to fully absorb.

5. Reapply SPF every 2 hours when outdoors, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
